This treatment involves using a series of precise microinjections into the superficial dermis. The microinjection process itself triggers a controlled healing response that encourages fibroblasts to make new collagen and elastin. How Does VAMP Work?
The PDRN in VAMP works within the dermis to naturally encourage collagen production, increase cellular turnover, improve the appearance of discoloration, and enhance the performance of other active ingredients. It stimulates collagen and elastin, the two essential proteins in the skin responsible for maintaining elasticity and firmness. Since it regenerates the skin cells themselves, it is very effective for treating acne scars and tightening the pores in the skin. It is also known to make your skin brighter and the texture smoother.
What to Expect During Your VAMP Treatment at Laser Arts Studio
After prepping and cleansing the skin, a numbing cream will be applied to minimize discomfort. Microneedling is performed to create micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate collagen. VAMP is applied, penetrating deeper into the skin for maximum absorption and rejuvenation. We also add a complimentary LED therapy treatment afterwards to further promote skin healing. Post-treatment, the skin may appear slightly red, but healing is quick, with the redness subsiding in just days.
